When will my subscription box ship?
Meat: Your subscription will ship the next Monday or Tuesday (Mon/Tues) on or after your renewal date. Unless you change it, the renewal date is the same day of the month on which you signed up for the program. If this date falls on a major holiday, it will ship on the next regular Mon/Tues. If you will be unavailable to receive your order that week, please let us know and we will hold it for you. You can also pause your subscription using the link above.
Eggs: We ship eggs Monday - Thursday depending on your distance from the farm. To deliver the freshest eggs possible and keep up with the hens, we need to spread the egg subscriptions out evenly. Once you subscribe, you will receive an email with additional information including your renewal date. There will be some flexibility to adjust to your schedule.
How do I make changes to an existing subscription plan?
