"With a little ray of sunshine in each egg!"

How It Works

Sign up for an Egg Subscription. Each shipment contains 4 dozen eggs and is delivered directly from our farm in Texas to your door.

Fresh Eggs

We collect eggs every day, sort, package, and ship them directly to your home. You will receive the freshest eggs, typically within days of being laid.

Lectin-Light

All of our eggs are Lectin-Light. We raise our hens on pasture and supplement them only with our special homemade Lectin-free feed.

I just broke in the eggs from our last delivery. Such beautiful yolks!!! Is this real life?

Frequently Asked Questions

How often will I receive my eggs?

Egg Subscriptions are for 4 dozen eggs. You can select the frequency of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

Can I just place a one-off order?

You will be able to order eggs without a subscription when we have extra eggs available. However, to better match production and ship only the freshest eggs, our goal is to sell all of them through subscription plans. Once they are all spoken for, one-off orders will not be available. We will likely have a waiting list for new Egg Subscriptions.

How can you ship eggs without breaking them?

We are using special packaging which allows us to safely and securely ship eggs to your door by UPS. The eggs are protected by a combination of our eco-foam padding and carton insert cushions. So far our trials have been positive, but please let us know if you receive any cracked eggs so that we can continue to improve our packaging.

Do I need to refrigerate my eggs?

Our farm-fresh eggs are shipped unwashed with the natural bloom intact. You can store fresh eggs on the counter for use within several weeks. If you plan to use them over a longer period, they should be washed and refrigerated. Refrigerated eggs can last up to several months. Did you know? - Eggs from the store may already be up to 45 days old when they are purchased.

What is the best way to wash eggs?

Many other countries do not wash eggs. However, the USDA recommends washing and refrigerating your eggs. All Graded eggs are required to be washed. To wash eggs, use lukewarm running water (do not soak). Dry the eggs with a clean towel or paper towel. Once washed, eggs must be stored in the refrigerator.

What do you feed your hens?

In addition to the grass, bugs, and other goodies they find in the pasture, our hens are fed a similar diet as our meat birds. It is a special blend of Lectin-Free ingredients (from Dr. Gundry's 'yes list') that we make on-farm. It contains Organic Sorghum, Organic Millet, Organic Sesame meal, Wild caught Crab Meal, Organic Flaxseed Oil, and all the vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and amino acids that hens need to thrive.
